As Operations Manager, I bring both heart and strategic vision to the organisation. I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional quality childcare and building a culture where children, families, and staff feel valued, supported, and inspired. I strongly believe children learn best when they feel safe, secure, and confident within their environment. Learning takes place through meaningful play, particularly through activities that follow children’s interests, ignite their imagination, and expand their understanding of the world.

Creating and extending opportunities for children through play has always been my passion. I take great pride in supporting and mentoring my teams to deliver high-quality education and care, encouraging children to become confident, independent individuals with a strong sense of self-worth. I am also passionate about maintaining strong, open, and effective communication with families and teams, as I believe positive relationships are at the heart of exceptional childcare.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Foundation Stage), Qualified Teacher Status, SENCO as well as qualifications in Business Administration and Management, and Operations Management within childcare. With over 20 years of experience in the childcare sector, primarily within Early Years, I bring extensive knowledge, leadership, and dedication to my role.

As the organisation continues to grow, I play a key role in shaping quality, strengthening practice, and supporting the strategic direction of our settings as I progress within the company. My vision is to create exceptional learning environments where every child feels safe, unique, valued, and inspired to thrive.
