Preschool Room Leader

My name is Harry and I’ve been working in childcare for 10 years. I used to work for Monkey Puzzle as a practitioner, and now I am back as the Room Leader of Inventors at Monkey Puzzle Lee Park. I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have extensive experience supporting SEN children. I can empathise and relate as I am also neurodiverse; I take ownership and pride in this as I understand each child will learn and regulate differently, and I want to help and support them to reach their full potential. I look forward to my new role as Inventors Room Leader and can’t wait to learn as much from them as I hope they’ll learn from us.
