Nursery Practitioner

My name is Reshma. I previously worked at Little Bears before it was taken over by Busy Bees, where I worked for four years. I hold a Level 2 qualification in childcare, and I have recently joined Monkey Puzzle in Lee Park.

I am a dedicated, hardworking, honest and devoted professional who is deeply passionate about supporting children's growth and development. I always go above and beyond to provide the best possible care for children. I love working in childcare because I enjoy creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and build confidence. Seeing children achieve new milestones each day brings me immense joy, and knowing that I have played a part in their journey is incredibly rewarding. I pride myself on building positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
