My name is Brooke and I started here at Monkey Puzzle Lee Park as deputy manager when we opened in September 2025.

Since starting here I have gained knowledge and confidence within my role and through hard work and dedication I am proud to have progressed to be the manager here. I take great pride in ensuring staff help children reach their full potential through engaging experiences, amazing activities and meaningful interactions. I understand how daunting it can feel to leave your child in someone else's care and we appreciate the trust every family places in us every single day. The importance of open communication, transparency, and an open-door policy are essential in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and families feel supported. Working together ensures that every child receives the best possible care and opportunities to learn, grow, and flourish.
