Nursery Practitioner

My name is Rehana, and I am a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with experience supporting children across Early Years, particularly those aged 2 to 5. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, safeguarding and high‑quality practice.

I chose to work in childcare because I truly enjoy helping children grow into confident, curious and independent learners. I create a calm, nurturing and engaging environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to explore at their own pace. Through my experience with toddlers and preschoolers, I have developed strong skills in planning age‑appropriate activities, supporting communication and language, and building positive, trusting relationships with families. I am committed to providing high‑quality care that supports each child’s well-being, development and unique personality.
