Teri – Ann
Position:
Deputy Room Leader
About Me:
Hello! My name is Teri-Ann, and I am a Deputy Room Leader and Floor-Based SENCo.
I have been working in the Early Years sector for six years, having previously gained valuable experience in both Reception and Year 1 classrooms.
In 2020, I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, which helped deepen my knowledge and understanding of children's learning, development, and wellbeing. At the beginning of 2026, I achieved my Level 3 SENCo qualification, enabling me to further enhance my skills in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe, and confident to explore the world around them. I believe every child is unique and deserves to be supported, encouraged, and celebrated as they learn and grow. One of my favourite parts of working in Early Years is watching children build their confidence, discover new skills, and reach those all-important milestones.
I look forward to getting to know you and your little ones, and being part of their exciting learning journey!
